Contact our technical support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your order number and reason for return.
Package Your Device
Securely pack the enDAQ sensor in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring all accessories and cables are included.
Ship to enDAQ
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit to our designated calibration and service facility.
Inspection and Refund
Our engineering team will inspect the device for hardware integrity; once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
